{"id":878227,"date":"2018-05-07T07:45:46","date_gmt":"2018-05-07T11:45:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.the-taylor-family.org\/?p=878227"},"modified":"2018-05-07T07:45:46","modified_gmt":"2018-05-07T11:45:46","slug":"sowing-done","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.the-taylor-family.org\/?p=878227","title":{"rendered":"Sowing done&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Did some repairs to the water lines.\u00a0 I chose not to go back to the drip lines for now as they&#8217;re a pain to put in.\u00a0 I may return to them next year as they&#8217;re way more efficient, but time being of the essence since I&#8217;m behind in getting the garden going this year, I chose quick and dirty.<\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t start anything indoors this year, all of garden save the potatoes and onions are direct sow seed.\u00a0 Have to see how well that works.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s what went in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corn &#8211; sweet yellow\/white hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Okra &#8211; mostly green, but a put in a few red seeds a friend of mine provided<\/li>\n<li>Several varieties of peppers<\/li>\n<li>Tomatoes &#8211; better boys, plum, cherry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the raised beds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cucumbers<\/li>\n<li>Spaghetti squash<\/li>\n<li>Butternut squash<\/li>\n<li>Zucchini<\/li>\n<li>Radishes<\/li>\n<li>Garlic<\/li>\n<li>Cantaloupe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the bags:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potatoes &#8211;
